Summerside is a new neighborhood with construction starting in the early 2000s. Currently, the majority of Summerside real estate is 76 percent single-family homes, while low-rise apartments and row houses take up 12% and 11% respectively, and there are a few duplexes that take up 1%. Summerside is situated south of Ellerslie Road, east of 91 Street SW and Parsons Road, west of 66 Street, and north of 25 Avenue.
